We’re delighted to welcome Simon Hill to the Mercer Gallery. Simon is an award-winning photographer living in Nidderdale and working internationally. He works in a range of genres including portrait, heritage, landscape, documentary and photojournalism. He has won many awards and is the only British winner of the International
Art Portrait Award. His talk will explore photography from its beginning in the 19th century to the digital age. He will focus on AI-driven changes taking place in the medium, and their ethical and creative implications.
