Join us for a relaxing afternoon of creativity with clay.

Anna is a sculptural ceramicist with a studio in Starbeck, where she combines her ceramics practice with teaching. Following on from our event Anna Whitehouse in Conversation on the morning of Saturday 17th May, we’re delighted to invite Friends to join Anna for an afternoon workshop at the Mercer Gallery.

In this calm and relaxing session, we’ll be exploring a range of mark-making and texturing techniques in beautiful white porcelain, letting our hands and imagination wander. At the end of our class you can choose to turn your unique creations into a window hanger or wall plaque, before they are taken to Anna’s studio to fire in the kiln. All materials and kiln firings are included in the price along with tea, coffee and biscuits.
