All day visit to sample the cultural delights of Manchester.  Our first stop will be at the remarkable Chetham’s Library dating back to the C15th.  After a private tour of the enchanting library we head to Manchester Art Gallery to feast on the highlights of the collection.  Following lunch at the Gallery we end our day with a private tour of the restored historic home of  Elisabeth Gaskell, the famous Victorian author of Cranford.
